A perfect copycat recipe for Starbucks’ famous Pink Drink featuring hibiscus tea, fresh strawberries, and coconut milk for a refreshing, Instagram-worthy beverage that costs a fraction of the original.

Ingredients

4 hibiscus tea bags

2 cups boiling water

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 cup white grape juice

1/2 cup canned coconut milk

1 teaspoon açaí powder (optional)

23 tablespoons honey or agave nectar

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

2 cups ice cubes

Freeze-dried strawberries for garnish (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Steep hibiscus tea bags in boiling water for 10-12 minutes, then remove bags and chill tea completely

2. Blend sliced strawberries with white grape juice until smooth, strain if desired

3. Whisk açaí powder with 2 tablespoons chilled tea until dissolved

4. Combine chilled tea, strawberry mixture, açaí mixture, sweetener, and lime juice in pitcher

5. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed

6. Fill glasses with ice and pour strawberry-hibiscus mixture until 3/4 full

7. Slowly pour coconut milk over back of spoon to create beautiful pink swirls

8. Garnish with freeze-dried strawberries or fresh mint if desired

9. Serve immediately with colorful straws

Tea should be steeped longer than normal for proper tartness

Ensure all liquids are completely chilled before mixing
