A creamy, healthy oat-based beverage that marries health and comfort in every sip.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats (or oat flour for smoother texture)
  • 2 cups Almond Milk (or coconut milk, or water)
  • 23 tablespoons Sweetener (maple syrup, honey, or dates)
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon (or other spices like nutmeg, or a splash of vanilla)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the rolled oats and the liquid of your choice. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. Add your chosen sweetener and flavorings, then blend again until fully combined.
  3. If desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve for a silkier texture.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve chilled or warm. Top with sliced bananas, nuts, or a drizzle of honey if desired.

Notes

Use old-fashioned oats for best results. Quick oats work in a pinch but may yield a different texture. Always taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
