Juice of ½ lemon

½ tsp grated fresh ginger (or pinch powdered)

1 tsp raw honey or ½ tsp cinnamon

810 oz warm water

Instructions

1. Warm the water to drinking temperature.

2. Add ACV, lemon juice, and ginger to a mug.

3. Stir in honey or cinnamon.

4. Pour warm water over ingredients and stir until blended.

5. Drink immediately.

Notes

Use a straw to protect teeth from acidity.

Best consumed on an empty stomach in the morning.
