A refreshing, easy-to-make infusion of cucumber, mint, and citrus perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized fresh cucumbers, preferably organic
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • 1 lemon or lime, thinly sliced
  • 2 liters filtered water
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Wash cucumbers and cut them into thin slices. Thinly slice the lemon or lime if using.
  2. Mix everything in a pitcher: In a large pitcher, add the sliced cucumbers and any additional citrus or mint leaves. Pour in 2 liters of filtered water.
  3. Infuse the water: Allow your Cucumber Water to infuse for at least 30 minutes at room temperature; for best results, refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
  4. Serve and enjoy: Pour the infused Cucumber Water over ice, garnish with a mint sprig, and enjoy!

Notes

For a spa-like experience, serve in a glass pitcher with ice cubes that have mint leaves frozen inside. Adjust the amount of cucumber and mint according to your taste preference.
